Chairish the Future is an inspired showcase featuring the work and creativity of local artists and designers who have donated their time, talents and energy to create original works of art out of used chairs and furniture.  Fueled by the spirit of goodwill, the results are stunning artistic reincarnations  of the furniture in the style of each artist and designer.  The event offers guests the opportunity to own these sophisticated, artsy and useful home furnishings during a live and silent auction which will also include restaurant, entertainment and travel packages.

In the last several years I have participated in some amazing Skateboard Art events including Charity Events benefitting Grind For Life, Get A Board, and A-Skate Foundation.  I also created a Wakeboard design to benefit The Water Sports Industry Association as well as the YMCA.  The Wakeboard was also featured at the 2015 US Pro Wakeboard Tour at Lake Allatoona.  I always look forward to creating more Skateboard Art in the future.

Ponce Progress 2012

      ART BOX PARTY
      Hosted at dooGallery
      Saturday June 23rd 2012

Ashley Norfleet and Han Vance invited a select group of local artists to create original works of art utilizing recycled newspaper distribution boxes as the canvas. These works of art were later utilized on the streets of urban Atlanta for Atlanta INtown Paper distribution, and were also displayed in festivals. Atlanta INtown Paper is a free progressive monthly periodical with a print run of 47,000 copies and a strong online presence. Han Vance and his citizens group (CFPP – Citizens For Ponce Progress) decided to remove old junk boxes left as blight from the greater Ponce Corridor area and to recycle them as Atlanta INtown Paper boxes. The event featured the box art and the performance of some of the top spoken word poets in the fabled Atlanta urban poetry scene

Restoration 2011

This Mural was originally painted in 1985 when R. Thomas Deluxe Grill opened for business in Buckhead, Atlanta. After 26 years of weathering and peeling paint Daniel had an opportunity to restore the vibrance to this brick wall facing downtown Atlanta. It took 5 weeks to complete this project in the Fall of 2011.

With the help of Atlanta Artist Urbnpop this project was a joint effort of local Atlanta artists teaming up to create unique one of a kind pieces out of these vintage Darth Vader cases graciously donated by Atlanta Vintage Toys and various members of the GASWC

(Georgia Alliance of Star Wars Collectors)
This event was held March 20th with all proceeds benefiting Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta.
